OPERATION EXECUTIVE

Location: Ba Dinh, Hanoi

Job Description:

• Responsible for inbound tour operations in Japan.
• Act as a liaison between the Sales team, tour guides, and suppliers in Japan.
• Receive information from all parties, handle claims, and respond to customer feedback.

Requirements:

• University degree.
• Proficient in Japanese with all 4 skills (N2 level or higher) as direct communication with Japanese suppliers is required.
• Experience in tourism or coordination is preferred.
• Additional proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Detail-oriented, meticulous, able to multitask, passionate, with a fondness for Japanese culture.
• Candidates who can start early are preferred.
